Is it free to list my business?
Yes. Creating an account and publishing a business listing is free. You pay only for services you request, such as ad campaigns or marketing packages.
When does my ad go live after I submit it?
Our team reviews every campaign request, contacts you to finalise creatives and payment, and usually launches within 2–3 working days after confirmation.
How is the ad cost shown in the dashboard?
Your dashboard shows spend, leads and cost per lead with GST included. You add money to your Ads Fund and your ads run from it.
Can I edit or remove my listing?
Yes. You can edit, hide or delete your listing anytime from the “My Listings” section of your dashboard.
